Give me a full screenshot of the start up tab.

    Uninstall Daemon Tools as well:
    Code:
    DAEMON Tools Pro Agent	"c:\program files (x86)\daemon tools pro\dtagent.exe" -autorun	amministrato\amministratore	HKU\S-1-5-21-162881151-2270880003-1127268841-1000\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run
    Daemon Tools

Please uninstall DAEMON Tools. It uses a driver called sptd.sys which is known to cause BSODs in Windows 7. Uninstall the software using Add/Remove Programs. Reboot the system. Once the program is uninstalled, run sptd.sys uninstaller to remove the driver from your system.

As an alternative, many people recommend the use of Total Mounter or Magic ISO
    Make scans with the following:

    -Kaspersky TDSSKiller

    -ESET online scanner

    Yes, I remember also a crash(BSOD)with sptd.sys
    I unistall it!

    All software starting are:

    And(other software that don't start):

    ogri\utha was a malware but I removed it(last 3-4 month)with Combofix...but I don't know if I completely removed it.
Now remove Daemon and sptd.sys and then scan with TDSS Killer and online antivirus.

Yup, deselect all except: Microsoft Security Client

    Make scans with the following:

    -Kaspersky TDSSKiller

    -ESET online scanner

    Additionally run WDO:

    ___
MSE is recommended from a strict BSOD perspective, compatibility & stability compared to other antiviruses/internet security software:-
Do not start the free trial of Malware Bytes; remember to deselect that option when prompted.

Run a full scan with both (separately) once downloaded, installed and updated.

    Done.

SPTDinst setup says: "no SPTD version was detected. Select action to be performed: Install or Cancel"

This are last scan with combofix(28/11/2012)and TDSS(now).

    Now scan with ESET.

From the TDSS, it looks like the system is clean. I'm not very familiar with Combo Fix (PS: do not use it on your own until you're sure of what you're doing.)
