BSOD often during last weeks, error BCCode: d1

Good Evening to all,

During last weeks my notebook started BSOD very often. Firstly it was once, twice a day, but sometimes it more than 4 times in 1 hour.
I noticed that after i run utorrent, or when i watched movie, but this was not the only cases.

Here's the message:

McAfee is a frequent cause of BSOD-s, consider uninstalling it with the McAfee Removal Tool and replace with Microsoft Security Essentials at least to test.MSE is recommended from a strict BSOD perspective, compatibility & stability compared to other antiviruses/internet security software:-
1. Microsoft Security Essentials - Free Antivirus for Windows
2. Malwarebytes - Free
3. Good and Free system security combination.
Do not start the free trial of Malware Bytes; remember to deselect that option when prompted.

Run a full scan with both (separately) once downloaded, installed and updated.

Run the System File Checker. It allows the user to scan for and restore corruptions in Windows system files.
  • 1. Click on the
    2. Type CMD on Search
    3. Left click and Run as Administrator
    4. Type SFC /scannow

Run Disk Check on your hard disk for file system errors and bad sectors on it:

Free up the start-up, nothing except the antivirus is usually needed.
*Update all network drivers as well.
Post back results.

I read lot of threads, and also as you told me I understand that McAfee is a frequent case of BSOD. Unfortunately, i use company notebook and McAfee is our corporate standart and i am not allowed to unninstall.

I also read that combination of McAfee and utorrent app is very bad and can cause BSOD, so I unninstalled utorrent as the first thing.

System file checker did not find any integrity violations.
This is result of disk check:

Cleaning up 1249 unused index entries from index $SII of file 0x9.
Cleaning up 1249 unused index entries from index $SDH of file 0x9.
Cleaning up 1249 unused security descriptors.
Correcting errors in the Volume Bitmap.
Windows has made corrections to the file system.
0 KB in bad sectors.

After these steps i did not get any BSOD yet. I believe it solved.
