Windows 7 - IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL ntoskrnl.exe on ASUS mobo AMD CPU

Hello, i have a mobo ASUS m4n78 PRO 2gb of memory, i upgraded the bios and suddenly it started showing a BSOD with that error i attach the files containing information about error with Bluscreen viewer dump from msinfo drivers from the same dump involved in the boot. when i started the machine it appeared. sorry for my english , its pretty bad. if its needed more info please let me know.
i was thinking that what would cause the error was a usb device (card reader) and i disattached it but it still pop ups. i have read about ATK11 and asus mobos and checked it was uptodate such a driver its dated 2009 and asus doesnt launch any other update.
Thanks in advance for your help.

Uninstall Norton and all Symentec products using Norton Removal tool. Use Microsoft Security Essentials as your antivirus with windows inbuilt firewall, and free MBAM as the on demand scanner.
Download and install those, and then run full system scans with both of them, one by one.

    Let us know the results.
