Windows 7 home premium 64 bit keeps crashing

    Hi folks,

I hope someone on here can help me with this fault on my pc. Basically, my pc every now and then just likes to freeze or just crash completely so I have to reboot it several times. After a long process of rebooting it still doesn't fix the problem. It's very slow for a high spec pc, I can't seem to do simple things such as working on word or PowerPoint.

Windows 7 home premium 64 bit
    Service pack 1
    Intel i7 - 2600 CPU @ 3.40ghz
    16gb ram
    Nvidia GeForce gt 520 1gb
    3 tb hard drive

    Thanks in advance,

    K

Now depending on what security you have some scanning in order here my friend in addition to your main one try these two both are free and good most of us in here use them.

http://www.superantispyware.com/ they don't take long to do your own security might though . Just out of curiosity what is it?? Plus is this a machine you bought or made??
