BSOD New system build, memory_management and kmod_exception_not_handle

I have done both those scans now, and no threats were found. I have ran memtest in the past before and already found 2 of the 4 sticks I had were faulty, so i tested 2 sticks at a time, errors came up for one of the pairs, so I tested the two other sticks for 4-6 passes, twice, and no errors were found in those. I already returned the other 2 faulty sticks. I may try to run memtest again tonight then... to check a third time.

My computer seems to have errors if it's turned off for a long time, 'cause whenever I turn it back on, lets say in the morning after it has been off all night, it'll blue screen within the 30 minutes of being on, or have errors on start up such as nvvsvc.exe application error and once that came up, windows didn't even display my name to log into, and it didn't even pop up the bar to type my password in... but I just have to restart it then it's fine...

I think it's a faulty motherboard, this motherboard isn't any popular brand.

I never, ever, had these problems with my last build. No matter how I installed things either, no problems. Kaspersky also worked like a charm. No startup errors ever, either.

If I return this mobo, and buy a different one, and that one isn't faulty, would it be more (hopefully not less) compatible and not giving me all these bsod? What would you suggest? I'd want at least 2 pcie 3.0 slots and it be able to run fast ddr3 ram, 1155 slot for the ivy bridge i have. oh and did i mention, for it to actually work.. :\

But I will triple check my ram once again tonight. Other than that, I'm just about ready to RMA this mobo and try something else.

I did some testing. For the blue screens I got, I had the 2 sticks in slots A2 and B2. So I decided if the computer was blue screening in those slots... why not put the 2 sticks in A1 and B1 and run memtest on those, because if no errors show up, then that narrows it down to the 2 bsod slots.

I ran memtest overnight and little in the morning, got 5% into the 9th pass, no errors for slots A1 B1

So this is a high chance, that these two sticks are not faulty.

I am going to memtest the two sticks again in the bsod slots and see if any errors come up. Then that will show it's the mobo slots are faulty.

In the meantime.. I am fed up with this mobo, so I am going to order a MSI one today, continue testing this one tonight, and if there are errors, not sure if I should get a replacement or still try the MSI one.

If this board shows no errors in the bsod ram slots.. I am just going to receive the MSI board and try that and get a refund on the asrock board.

The way you are proceeding the Memtest is just appropriate, continue it as you have planned.

The board you chose is a nice one, but my personal choice is intel board. :)

Sorry to get off topic here.. but what's a good board you'd suggest? I'm looking for a ATX, sata 6gb/s some usb3.0 slots, two 3.0 pcie slots, intel 1155 socket for my ivy bridge. ddr 1600 mhz. reliable mobo and good for gaming, and possibly, not required, good for overclocking. I don't have my current set up overclocked but my old PC was, so in case I ever wanted too, but it's not necessary.

Willing to spend around $150

and to mention, one that works well :P

I'm quickly asking this so I can figure out what to order in for today. Thanks so much for the help, really appreciated

I'm leaning towards the MSI one after reading some reviews.

Would either be fine? They're very similar. I've read lots of reviews on asus boards having lots of problems with faulty parts, over MSI, although that could just be because asus has more reviews. Opinions?
