Have you done any work on the computer at all, or installed any new software between the time it was running well and the time the bsod's started?
Also would you please download and install CPUz and post screenshots of the mainboard, memory and SPD tabs.
Sleep mode was fine.

My PSU is the same psu from my prior build that was working fully 100% with 750 Watts

essembe, i last night I noticed i had adobe photoshop installed that was a new program, and i noticed i didn't disable one of the start up update things, because there were 3 or so start up, i disabled 2 of them and forgot the other, and I disabled the 3rd one, and my PC turned on fine.
Last night when i turned it on I had to do it 3 times with restarts but I kept getting bsods, but then it was fine, disabled the adobe thing, and now this morning I turned on my PC without a problem.
I'll have to see if it blue screens when I get home from work because it mainly bsods when I leave it off for awhile then turn it back on
PRIME95 SHOWS SOME ERROR?
i ran the stress on memory test BLEND, it tells me to check the stress.text file but i don't know where that is? no file was either created after i stopped the test.
but some of the "worker #7" tests like that, show this (refer to screenshot)
this test was done for 30 minutes, but those errors showed up within minutes
How long should I run these tests and what other tests can I do? Where can I get the file to make it easier to read?

1. Are you overclocking?
2. You may try going into BIOS and leaving the timings and voltages the same except change the Command rate to 2T instead of 1T. 2T is normally more stable than 1T. Try the Prime test again.
The text file should be found in the same folder that the Prime95 installation files are located in. It will be a .TXT file
1. I am not OCing, especially won't be if the computer can't even handle being normal haha
2. I could not find where the command rate was, I looked where all the ram stuff was and it was all set to auto, and there were a few things I could change but it was more so enabling or disabling.
What exactly am I looking for in the bios?
I have prime95 on my desktop, it created 3 txt files but none of them are the stress test file.
EDIT: yeah i checked in BIOS under ai tweaking and then under dram timing control and there wasn't anything about the T1 or T2 and what it let me change were to disable or enable things
After disabling that adobe start up thing my PC restarts normal now with bsods while logging into desktop. hm
but need to solve for those errors on prime95. gotta see what hardware it is
This is my Prime95 folder showinf the strees.txt file. You could try downloading it again and re-run it. Delete the current one first but don't empty the Recycle Bin.

Ok I ran the same test, but with a newer version of prime95 and it shows no errors... but the other one showed errors within the first 2 tests on the ones i circled. this one does 7 passes and no errors.
Also, when I download it, it just gives me the exe. but the newer one gave me some .txt files with it but even after i stop this test it doesn't give me a results.txt
Can you provide me with a download link 'cause both of the ones I got don't install anything, they just give me the .exe
Can I have some tips too on which tests I should run and for how long?
Thanks! I haven't had any bsods since disabling the adobe start up. But still curious why my system hangs sometimes while the OS loads up and sometimes right after pressing enter to log into desktop.
Still would like to see why my system is unstable with some stuff :|

I ran both prime95's again cus I had a newer version as well, both now show no errors. But the first time I ran it, which I screenshotted, showed those errors I circled. From that first one, it did provide me with a results.txt
so here it is in the attachment
the stress txt file isnt terribly important other than an historic reference, and if your going to get errors it happens in the first few minutes with Prime95.
The Rounding errors when OC means the cpu isn't stable normally a vcore problem or ram or northbridge voltage.
So on a stock build if this happened I would know its very likely the motherboard Bios isnt setting correct voltages or I had a bad CPU or Ram or faulty PSU.
In your case with the most recent version you dont have these errors so its a moot point.
I don't see anything obvious currently but a lot of variables keep changing and at this time if you do get more instability and or Bluescreens the most important thing first is being able to faithfully reproduce the fault.
Prime should run 8+ hours to get a good indication of stability. Many here say 24 hours, but I think 8 is enough. Prime is a stand-alone program with no installer needed, run it at default blend settings.
thanks for that info ickymay. but how can I know which settings need to be changed or tweaked? what should I be looking for or what else can I do?
I ran prime95 again this morning and right away on worker#2 it gave me that rounding was .5 expected less than .4
all the other worker#'s are not showing the errors it showed the other day.
the bsod issue i had was from adobe, but since disabling that I haven't gotten it. But it shouldn't be blue screening over that in the first place.. never did on my old build. old build took anything i threw at it. this machine, argh.. lol
Not sure if I can reproduce this error or what.
I am planning to reformat again and just keep the program I know on that work, and see how the system runs..
Don't really know what else I can do
britton, I may run it then sometime for a longer time, errors sometimes come up right away, and other times they don't come up for awhile. :\

EDIT: I just got my new sticks of ram in, (crucial ballistix sport, 4GB each stick)
So I am taking out my current 2 sticks, and sticking these new ones in the same slots, and I am going to see if anything changes, better or worse.

so please can you state here the exact model of your PSU ?
I would be checking the Ram and CPU voltages in BIOS to make sure they exactly match correct spec ?
Looking at the readout from CPUz your core voltage looks a bit low , is that consistently 0.82v ish ?
I would be looking for more like 0.95v to 1v ?
Did you manually set your Ram to use 1T as your settings are quite aggressive and for the sake of looking for stability for a few % loss I would drop to 2T maybe even slacken the timings further.
If you are not experiencing anymore Bluescreens then don't touch anything
