BSOD While Using Utorrent problem with the file NETIO.sys

I am using a Dell Inspiron 15R(5520) with Windows Home Premium x 64 Bit.I got my system recently serviced because of some USB Port Problems. Since then My system is getting BSOD.It is a 2 month old system

The only softwares i have installed are google chrome, Km Player and U torrent.
One Norton Security scan toolbar got installed.

While Getting BSOD, the blue screen showed that the problem is with the file called NETIO.SYS.

My search on the internet about the above mentioned file showed that this problem occurs because of some compatibility issues with Norton Drivers. But even after uninstalling the software , my system is getting crashed.

    Please help

Seems to be cause by the ZTE USB Modem/Serial Device Driver, 3G USB modems/access points/dongles have known issues with Windows 7. You should remove this device.

Be aware that the current VISTA driver is NOT certified for Windows 7 as it dates back to 2007. ZTE doesn't even provide any updated drivers so you're out of luck.

If that does not fix it you should contact the manufacturer for a fix as this is a known issue. I do not recommend using wireless USB devices. Especially in Windows 7 systems. These wireless USB devices have many issues with Windows 7 and using Vista drivers with them is almost sure to cause a BSOD.

I'd recommend using ethernet instead of any problematic wireless card.

I got a Driver of 2010 from my network Provider. I have installed it and hopefully the system will work.
