You need to memtest for at least 8 Passes for each stick ... Have you done that ??
    Yes

/edit: I should have stated this in the last post. The main reason I think it could be related to my RAM is because on my motherboard there is a red led named [DRAM_LED]. After some of the crashes this light will switch on (sometimes it will blink) and my computer won't boot until it turns off.
    Steve...

This is taken from your motherboard Manual... i guess you do have a problem with incompatible RAM or if the DIMMS are not properly installed ... Follow whats mentioned here first before we continue with DV.

I've ran the memOK, it doesn't do anything noticeable. It doesn't stop my computer from crashing. Also I've had this ram for a year already with no problems and everything passed in memtest. I've even thrown my old GSKILL ram back in my box to see if that was the problem. I was still getting BSoDs

Looking at the previous dumps.. We see a lot of memory related error.. Now.. These could very well be RAM or the processor L1 cache or Video RAM.. Now as far as we have seen in this post ... You have done the memtest on the RAM which passed... you dont have any Bugcheck 0x124 errors so no problem with the processor cache....

So that leaves us only With Video RAM...Use this Video Memory Stress tool to test.. If you see any errors ... that could very well mean your Graphics card is at fault.

MemOK! only set your RAM to whatever the slowest you have in the system or to defaults. They claim it will make the RAM work, but doesn't most of the time.

To update everyone who was helping, I found out what was actually wrong with my computer. Two of my RAM slots on my motherboard have giving out, they only work 50% of the time for short duration. I just took out the first two sticks of ram and am running 8gbgs at the moment with no problem. Thanks everyone for the help.
