Apparently Random BSOD (BCCode:f4 BCP1: 0000000000000003)
Hi everybody... I'm new here, so I hope I’m posting this correctly. :)
We have a brand new Dell Vostro 3460 in our company that I set up with all the software required to run in our small consulting company a couple of weeks ago. I applied all the upgrades and installed all the updated drivers (I think they are up to date) from the Dell site. Some days after handing the laptop to the consultant, he reported to me that one day the computer just stopped working with a BSOD and it never got to booth again. After reviewing the case, I called Dell for support, and after a while they decided to replace the board and hdd. I had to reinstall everything again, and after doing that, the BSODs started again.
The problem is that it’s not clear to me what can be causing it. Right now the laptop is playing several videos, running iTunes with a radio station, running a WinXP virtual machine running on VMware also playing some videos on it, running several browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer), running Excel and syncing a huge amount of files on the Dropbox client. All this is being done at the same time, and the machine keeps working normally.
Attached are the files I got with the diagnostic tool.
Please help!
