This process disabled my adapter and left me unable to roll back or reinstall the ones from the original cd,even after uninstalling them altogether. I eventually restored to a point earlier in the evening. The links are a little different, so I'll try it.

The latest dump blames AVAST Software.
Another dump blames firefox.
uninstall firefox and use IE for the time being.
So uninstall avast antivirus and use MSE instead.
Keep us updated. If it BSOD upload the new dumps

I am responding from my phone because my pc is now crashing every 5-10 minutes or so. I did manage to uninstall avast and download mse. However, mse can't update and even a quick scan is impossible.
