BSOD playing SWTOR, BSOD error SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION (0x0000003b)

Hey, so I was playing SWTOR and I got the BSOD. It has occurred several times in the past day. Here is the information.

I have run memtest already and have had 0 errors. I have all my drive up to date. I also reformatted my computer-NOT REPAIR, but FULL WIPE.

I have attached information via the instructions in thread.

    Thank you for your time.

    The crash dump blames hardware.

    Re run these tests again

    RAM - Test with Memtest86+

errors might be detected after 7 passes

    Do this overnight

Ok I will do that. I got another BSOD after trying to play SWTOR again right after I posted. I will attach it in this post. I will run Memtest86+ again and prime95

I was also thinking of running "breakin" (Advanced Clustering | Breakin | Software). Is this a good idea?

    Install Service pack 1.
    Code:
Windows 7 Kernel Version 7600 MP (4 procs) Free x64
Product: WinNt, suite: TerminalServer SingleUserTS Personal
    Built by: 7600.17118.amd64fre.win7_gdr.120830-0334
Learn how to install Windows 7 Service Pack 1 (SP1)
Service Pack Center - Microsoft Windows

The problem is USB related here, as per the crash dump.
    Code:
    *******************************************************************************
    *                                                                             *

    *******************************************************************************

Use !analyze -v to get detailed debugging information.

    ---------
For the port, first, uninstall and reinstall the USB ports drivers.

    1. Right click on Computer icon > manage. It will open the computer management window.
    2. Click on "Device Manager" in the left pane, it will list all installed devices up.
    3. Expand "USB Serial Bus Controllers" by clicking on the triangle in front of it.
    4. Click on one item to select, then right click and uninstall.
    5. Do the same for all.
    6. Restart the computer.
    7. At restart, windows will auto configure the appropriate drivers.

And, Disable USB Selective Suspense too.
USB Selective Suspend - Turn On or Off

For the devices, first, detach all the USB devices other than the keyboard and mouse.
Then, Update the drivers for them all, including the keyboard and mouse, if any third party drivers are installed for them.

As the next step, Notice the bugcheck code: BugCheck 19:
    Code:
    BAD_POOL_HEADER (19)
The pool is already corrupt at the time of the current request.
This may or may not be due to the caller.
The internal pool links must be walked to figure out a possible cause of
the problem, and then special pool applied to the suspect tags or the driver
    verifier to a suspect driver.
In such a situation, it is better to enable Driver Verifier to monitor the drivers.
Driver Verifier - Enable and Disable
Run Driver Verifier for 24 hours or the occurrence of the next crash, whichever is earlier.

Let us know the results, with the subsequent crash dumps, if any.

ALright I will try and do that now. I have attached a log that was created by Breakin after running stress test. Its a long log and I am not sure if people will actually read it.

OK, so we are considering it as solved for now. If any more issues come, let us know. :) And you may disable driver verifier, too.
