Sorry I am failing to follow you.

It's bigger coz it has many other components and GUIs of the program etc, and that's available in realtek site contains the driver only.

If you want to go for a clean install, you can do it.

after downloading and installing these drivers (i even installed the Microsoft Secruity Essentials Free Antivirus). im still getting the BSOD.

BSOD when browsing the web
Lately there's been a BSOD going on that only seems to happen when I browse the web (I do this daily so it's hard to tell). It's happened twice since 11/29. I try to navigate to/on a web page and I get the BSOD. No specific website. Here are the files.
