Well, the first dump apparently indicates to USBPORT.sys.
For the port, first, uninstall and reinstall the USB ports drivers.Code:******************************************************************************* * * * Bugcheck Analysis * * * ******************************************************************************* Use !analyze -v to get detailed debugging information. BugCheck A, {fffff980014a0ff4, 2, 1, fffff8000320a129} Probably caused by : USBPORT.SYS ( USBPORT!USBPORT_Core_iCompleteDoneTransfer+45f ) Followup: MachineOwner ---------
- Right click on Computer icon > manage. It will open the computer management window.
- Click on "Device Manager" in the left pane, it will list all installed devices up.
- Expand "USB Serial Bus Controllers" by clicking on the triangle in front of it.
- Click on one item to select, then right click and uninstall.
- Do the same for all.
- Restart the computer.
- At restart, windows will auto configure the appropriate drivers.
And, Disable USB Selective Suspense too.
USB Selective Suspend - Turn On or Off
For the devices, first, detach all the USB devices other than the keyboard and mouse.
Then, Update the drivers for them all, including the keyboard and mouse, if any third party drivers are installed for them.
A deeper search in that dump reveals a cause: Logitech USB Video Class Driver (WebCam).
Which is very old.Code:fffff880`02ffd848 fffff880`0653184cUnable to load image \SystemRoot\system32\DRIVERS\lvuvc64.sys, Win32 error 0n2 *** WARNING: Unable to verify timestamp for lvuvc64.sys *** ERROR: Module load completed but symbols could not be loaded for lvuvc64.sys lvuvc64+0x4284c

The second dump indicates to Realtek HiDefinition Audio driver (file labelled as Creative Audio Driver).
It is very old, too.Code:******************************************************************************* * * * Bugcheck Analysis * * * ******************************************************************************* Use !analyze -v to get detailed debugging information. ** What are the USB Devices do you use?
► Apply the latest version of nVidia display driver.
You may download it directly, from our forum link Latest NVIDIA ForceWare Video Drivers Windows 7; or you may opt for the Option 2 of Drivers- Download NVIDIA Drivers for “Automatically find drivers for my NVIDIA products” (it requires java installed).
► Realtek HiDefinition Audio driver (file labelled as Creative Audio Driver)

All USB
My keyboard:
Razer Lycosa Gaming Keyboard - Backlight Illumination Keyboard
My mouse:
Razer DeathAdder Gaming Mouse - Ergonomic Right-Handed Design
My cam:
Support + Downloads: QuickCam E 3500 - Logitech
My microphone:
Microphones
I also use a Kingston 16gb flash drive.
In which all things stated above are updated. ^USB
USB Suspend mode was off.
Weird cause i already updated my sound driver.
Graphics driver updated.
Etron 3.0 updated.
Also the UNinstillation of all my USB drivers i cant do cause eventually i cant use my keyboard and mouse during this and i don't have a serial mouse to use i can only uninstall like half of them. Also i scanned my computer with what u provided and its clean.
I'm asking your opinion arc should i do a clean install of windows 7 Home premium 64bit sp1
As of right now I'm severely stress testing hardware components at least trying to eliminate that aspect.
