BSOD about 3-4 times a week. Not specific to any particular action

    Alright, I ran WD lifeguard and it passed on both quick and extended testing. I currently use Microsoft Security Essentials as my Anti-Virus and use Spybot-Search & Destroy as my spyware/adware removal program. I ran full scans with both programs, at different times of course, and nothing bad showed up. I believe windows is up to date. When I open the "Windows Update" program is says "No important updates available" but it also says "41 optional updates available". I've attached a snip of the available updates in case you think some might be important. I've also attached the logs from my most recent crashes. Thanks again
