    Bsod once a day since months.


    hi i get bsod since a while and mostly while watching videos etc. the dump is attached. i have a dv7 2037ez hp laptop. mobility 4650, amd zm-84 2.3 ghz 4 gb ram. as we know the fan is very loud since ever and the heat problem of a common hp issue exists here too. i had some error cods on bluescreen lie 00...x124 and other i think. sometimes it says hardware error. pls help

    Maybe, maybe not cause all the dumps come with the same bug check.

    okey, i tried the steps that i understood. some of them i did not understand. i deinstalled daemon tools too. and avast av too. i installed mse security and malwarebytes. full scan: malwarebytes found browser tools funmoods, which i know as hard to deinstall. deleted them. memtest gave no errors. sfc/scannow too. disktest alsono errors. what to do? the drivers: i get catalyst update time to time. i have laptop dv7 2037ez but there is no specific mobility update since a year or two. but on ati page, when i choose my gpu it gives me this catalyst with automatic driver found. the other drivers are from 2010. could not find newer updates. hp stopped updating drivers after a year. what a shame. can you help?

    ah forgot to say. i think this only happens when i watch videos. or i can't remember any other situation.

    i used speccy and the cpu gets around 80 degrees i think. or was it the gpu. not sure. but when not stressed out the heat is 75 celsius. windows update is clear. i will run furmark now.

    oh and as you maybe know hp has a cooling proplems since ever. and my amd processor was heating since ever. but the bsod started some months ago. i had now a cdd.dll error too.
