Uhhh... You got me so lost...
I just do not know. it is a custom built I ordered in a shop, giving budgets for every component. But I do not see any sticker.
This is like speaking Chinese to me. I can just tell that I did not build this computer on my own, there is no sticker whatsoever on the case and I'm lost when you start speaking on the BIOS.
I personally plead non-guilty for not having done anything by myself. But I remember that the DVD for Windows looked like anything you want but did not seem legit to me.
So, now, I just do not know what to do.
I would understand if you stopped helping me out. I cannot condemn you for that.

I do not know what are my options at the moment any more. If I re-install windows, I am almost positive I will screw up and fail.
I am student and I heard that Microsoft gives some Windows 8 free for students. That at least would make me legit, but I do not know how yet.

Here's an example of the COA sticker that *should* be present.....
    How to Tell

It does sound as if you've been 'had' - did your quote include pricing the Operating system? If it did, then they hahave committed fraud amongst their other offenses, and you should consider at least telling them that you are considering involving the police, and see if that brings any offers of compensation (I wouldn't recommend agreeing to take a new 'license' from them, as it's likely to be more of the same)

Windows 7 and 8 are available at a big discount to students - perhaps free depending on your college/uni and course.

Hey there, i'm back. I've tried contacting them, but shop has closed i think...
    I probably have been had.

Anyway... I just got a Windows Explorer crash again and it comes back every 3mn again or so, so I'm thinking purchasing a Windows 8 or 7 at discount and reinstall all of it... That's it...

Thank you all for your patience and kindness. Your time and energèy have not been wasted and I have taken good account of all of it.
I have gotten some more basics about how to protect myself and next install, I'll be fully covered! ^^

    Thanks!!!

Please make sure that you only purchase Windows from reputable dealers - there are an awful lot of fakes out there, especially on sites like eBay, and the Amazon MarketPlace (Amazon itself is OK)

See this post for a little advice....
