Burn it in a blank disk, or make a bootable USB stick, either following the PART 2 of the tutorial of Windows 7 USB/DVD Download Tool, or using WinToFlash.
When done, follow Copy & Paste - in Windows Recovery Console, store all your user data and other important data secured in another HDD/External HDD/partition.
Finally, do a Clean Install Windows 7, or Clean Reinstall - Factory OEM Windows 7, which works as good for retail too, and gives a perfect reinstall.
