BSOD on shutdown, happened just after closing Universe Sandbox
As the title suggests, I got a BSOD seconds after pressing the shutdown button from the start menu. I had closed Universe Sandbox moments before shutting the computer down. I built this computer myself two and a bit years ago, the only things I've changed since then are the RAM (November 2011) and the video card (October 2012). I've never seen it BSOD before until now.

One persistent problem I've been finding with my computer is that, only recently, something is causing it to halt completely. It locks to the point that it doesn't respond to first-level interrupts (if I press the Num Lock key on my keyboard the light doesn't change), my speakers just buzz, and it sits there until I force it to turn off. When I turn it back on, it prompts me to start it in safe mode, but that's it. It just says unexpected shutdown in the logs. I'm sure it's hardware, but I can't tell what. I first thought it was hard drives being faulty and that high read/write activity was causing it, but I was watching system usage when it happened once and it was only at 4%. I asked some friends of mine at my old office (I worked in IT) and they weren't sure either. They recommended I start by replacing various components of my computer. I've got a new PSU coming in the mail, and if that doesn't cut it I'll be buying a new motherboard and processor.
Attached is the .dmp file from the crash.
