    BSoD is preventing boot

    Hello.
My problem right now is that my computer is unable to boot in Windows 7 Home Premium.

Every time i try to boot, the windows flag will begin to form and specifically when the red and green dots touch for the first time, it will restart or give me BSoD when automatic restart is disabled.
The BSoD error code is 0x0000007b.

I CAN boot from Windows 8 which is set up as a dual boot on the SAME DISK in a different partition.
I CAN access the windows recovery console both from the HARD DISK OR Windows7/SP1 DISK.

I have tried all troubleshooting methods suggested to me and found on the internet, including:

Startup-repair (Sometimes returns no error found. Othertimes says unable to repair. Problem is that "startuprepair offline".)
Chkdsk (No errors found using /r or /f)
SFC /SCANNOW (Will not run using offline mode "Could not perform requested operation")

Attempting to boot in any version of safe mode will load drivers down to CLASSPNP.sys and automatically restart.

Evidently I didn't have dumps enabled from before. How do i enable dumps without booting into the bad partition? Something in the registry?
How do i fix this issue so that i can boot my system?

    Code:
    STOP 0x0000007B: INACCESSIBLE_BOOT_DEVICE

Usual causes: Hard drive, File system, Boot sequence errors, Device driver, Virus infection (in particular check the MBR)
Upload a screenshot of your hard disk using CrystalDiskInfo:

    Make scans with the following:

    -Kaspersky TDSSKiller

    -ESET online scanner

Make a hard drive test from the hard drive manufacturers website:

Run Disk Check on your hard disk for file system errors and bad sectors on it:

Hard drive test both short and long with:

    Also the DOS version of:

    Thanks for helping.
I believe the problem is a driver or registry error more than hardware because I am posting this from Windows 8 which is able to run from the same hard disk though in a different partition. I have attached the crystaldisk screenshot though.

I have scanned my bad partition with malwarebytes and it found nothing of concern. To run TDSSKiller, I would need to download it's rescue disk and format a flashdrive since it only runs in it's boot partition...

The computer is still unable to boot. I have tried to enable minidumps by changing the registry key at HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Crashcontrol\CrashDumpEnabled to 3 while in the recovery console command prompt. After trying to boot again with automatic restart disable, I am still unable to find a minidump file from today at D: (The bad partition)\Windows\minidump

To run TDSSKiller, you need to download the .exe file and execute it. And it will scan for rootkits and bootkits.

After doing it, let us know the results.

I'm sorry if i'm not understanding something but from what I'm seeing in the program, it will only run on the partition booted up. I cannot boot into the partition that I want to repair. I can only boot into windows 8 on another partition of the same drive or the recovery console.

edit: Alright at this point I have decided to do a fresh install of windows 7. There are too many things that could be wrong and it seems as if it's not a virus or hardware problem. Since windows tools seem unable to complete the repair, it looks as if this is the best option.
