Diffrent PC, Still the same BSOD 0x50,0x07E

    Hi there.
I'm looking for some advice, help or anything that could tell me what the hell is wrong with my PC.
About 2 years ago I bought a PC on AM2+ (Phenom II x720,Asrock Mobo,DDR2,4870Radeon, OCZ 600W). The main issue: During the coold boot (turning the PC after 6-7 hours when it was off) it was showing an 0x000007E BSOD(no file,no minidump no nothing). Usually it took about 2 reboots and everything was ok, until I turned it off for a longer time(after the BSOD it was rock stable, 5 hours of playing, trying memtest,OCCT, no issue at all). About six month ago I decided to change the RAM, Mobo and GPU. To my surprise again the 0x0000007E occurred. Despite it sometimes i get other BSOD like 0x50, I think the issue my be software related or just by my changing in the BIOS settings(trying to find the problem of 0x7E). The thing is I really checked everything I could:
    - Running Memtest for about 8 hours
    - Running OCCT for couple of hours
    - Checking the HDD drives
    - Restoring default BIOS Values.
    - Installing new OS.

But still nothing. The 0x000007E is a really tricky one because its shows mostly after sudden restart, or cold boot(during the flying MS logo) and it dont save any .DUMP file at all(my settings are correct, this BSOD just dosent save any minidump, ill attach the pic of it).
I know I have the 4 core unlocked, but like I said, it dosent matter if its ON or OFF, the issue still remains(and the CPU is stable i can play BF3 for 4 hours straight nothing happens). Also I have installed the latest drivers for my Motherboard available.
Also the strange thing occurred while trying to fix the error using Windows 7 DVD. Usually it points that "unknown change in the configuration is preventing the PC from running" but back before on the older rig I have the same issue, it was point to the SP1 issue(The Rescue Disk info "An unknow hotfix is preventing the system from booting" or smth like that.)
After deleting the SP1 it start pointing again to unknown change in the configuration..."
At this point I just dont have the clue what could be wrong. I would really appreciate any clues what to do.
PS: Sorry about my grammar, my english is a little rusty;D

    Hello Sting3r.

    Install Service pack 1.
    Code:
Windows 7 Kernel Version 7600 MP (4 procs) Free x64
Product: WinNt, suite: TerminalServer SingleUserTS Personal
    Built by: 7600.17118.amd64fre.win7_gdr.120830-0334

Uninstall Kaspersky. Use Microsoft Security Essentials as your antivirus with windows inbuilt firewall, and free MBAM as the on demand scanner.
Download and install those, and then run full system scans with both of them, one by one.

    ATI display driver.

    Update your ATI/AMD display driver.
You can get it from the link in our forum, Latest AMD Catalyst Video Driver for Windows 7, or you may go to AMD Graphics Driver and Software and opt for Automatically Detect and Install the appropriate driver for your card.

During installation, you may opt for advanced installation, and install the display driver only, not the Catalyst Control Center.
