    bsod help

Hi i'm new here so sorry if I miss anything.

I've been running windows 7 Ultimate 32bit for a few years now without issues recently I upgraded memory and bios so needed to upgrade to windows 7 Ultimate 64bit to see the full memory, but since then the comp keeps blue screening or freezing in the minidump i've been getting ntoskrnl.exe crash report and now i'm also getting fltmgr.sys I have pulled of two reports and hope someone can advise. sorry I just reinstalled Windows so only these two reports available will post up the rest as they keep comming as i'm certain they will. :)

    Crash dump directory: C:\Windows\Minidump

Crash dumps are enabled on your computer.

On Fri 04/01/2013 21:28:31 GMT your computer crashed
    crash dump file: C:\Windows\Minidump\010413-32744-01.dmp
This was probably caused by the following module: fltmgr.sys (fltmgr+0x5039)
    Bugcheck code: 0x3B (0xC0000005, 0xFFFFF88000DB1039, 0xFFFFF880085DD990, 0x0)
    Error: SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION
    file path: C:\Windows\system32\drivers\fltmgr.sys
    product: Microsoft® Windows® Operating System
    company: Microsoft Corporation
    description: Microsoft Filesystem Filter Manager
Bug check description: This indicates that an exception happened while executing a routine that transitions from non-privileged code to privileged code.
This appears to be a typical software driver bug and is not likely to be caused by a hardware problem.
The crash took place in a standard Microsoft module. Your system configuration may be incorrect. Possibly this problem is caused by another driver on your system that cannot be identified at this time.

I'm also concerned to discover why I keep getting ntoskrnl.exe as this is the major problem. I have installed 4 different copies of windows 7 64 bit and all are doing the same thing I also run Ubuntu with no problems any advice would be welcome.
I will run a mem test on my sticks to see if I can ruel them out in the meantime.

    My system specs are

    computer name: BILL-PC
windows version: Windows 7 Service Pack 1, 6.1, build: 7601
    windows dir: C:\Windows
