BSOD whilst playing any (demanding) game
Hi all,
I've recently switched over from my old HDD to a shiny new SSD. It was a fresh windows install and I've installed all drivers for my gpu, mobo etc. fresh onto this. It seems now though that whenever I play a game I get a BSOD. I've had this happen so far whilst playing Skyrim, EVE online and Company of Heroes, and I haven't really loaded up any other games because there's not much fun if they're going to crash 10 mins in! The crashes occur anywhere between after 10 mins of play and after 1hr. I thought it was a temperature issue as Skyrim used to crash before I got the SSD, but seemed to work fine if I put my fan speeds up to ~90% in MSI Afterburner. After 10 mins of EVE online with the fan speeds set to 90% I got a crash the other day though. I've also tried uninstalling and re-installing my graphics drivers and still got a crash :/ I've also updated my BIOS and that hasn't fixed the problem, so I thought I'd post here and see if someone else can help me get to the bottom of this!
