BSOD upon going into standby

Hey guys. Hope I did everything right with formatting, etc.

I've had a dual-booted Windows 7 install on my desktop for a while, but this crash has been persistent, and so I've just been using my XP install until today, when that went kaput. So now I'm stuck using Windows 7 and it blue-screens on me every time I try to go into standby. All I know is that it's a driver issue.

Any and all help is appreciated. Thanks!

EDIT: I accidentally uploaded an incomplete folder.

Thanks for the prompt reply and thanks for the welcome!
While I was attempting to use the Intel driver update tool, another BSOD came up. I've already removed AVG so that shouldn't be the problem this time round. I've attached the most recent dump. There's another crash in there related to Daemon Tools which I've since rectified.
Thanks again!
