    Hi,

Download the correct ISO for Windows 7 Ultimate x64. Burn it to a DVD. Boot from it, and follow these instructions:

Mmm. You aren't reading the instructions correcty, so I'll try again:

    1. The link goes back to the Repair Install instructions in this thread - read properly
    2. Forget the AIO disc - make a new one for ONLY the version of Windows you are trying to repair
    3. Forget safe mode
    4. Forget DVD
    5. Write the new ISO to USB and perform the Repair Install from it.

The link to startup repair was in the link I posted - you need to start clicking on these links to go further mate, its not going to do it for you by itself.

    Startup Repair

Write the ISO I recommended to an external USB thumbdrive, and boot from that.

Look - if you are not capable of following simple instructions, then I cant help you. Im not going to post all the instructions again, Ive already explained where to get the correct ISO and how to bypass your faulty DVD by using the USB to perform the repair install. Go through this thread and read the suggestions properly.
