Okay, all the hardware tests came back fine, including the bootable one, however I have not yet ran the Ramtest yet will be after this post.
All the programs that you suggested have been removed.
I could not find updated drivers for
    swpslwfx.sys 15/05/2008 D-Link USB Wireless Adapter
    athurx.sys 11/10/2010 Atheros AR9271 Wireless Network Adapter
athrx.sys 05/10/2009 Atheros network adapter driver

I think this is more down to me being noobie, and not looking in the right places, rather than them not existing if I'm honest.

Depending on the results of the Memtest I will then run the next tests you have suggested, thanks.

Just seen your post about helping with the drivers :)
Okay the ones I cant find are all the Network ones,
The athurx.sys 11/10/2010 Atheros AR9271 Wireless Network Adapter, I think is this: NETGEAR WNDA3200 Wireless 11N Dual-band USB Adapter because the dates match up
This one: 05/10/2009 Atheros network adapter driver, is a AR9285 wireless network adaptor.
And the other one, from 15/05/2008, I cant even find that on the device manager, as in nothing matches that date.

You can find your atheros driver from mobo support page here select drivers in left box and your OS in the right box and will give you a list of all the latest drivers for your mobo you want the LAN one
Others im not so sure, let me know how memtest goes ideally wants to run for 7-8 passes so best to leave running overnight

Update: all drivers are now installed, all of the checks you have suggested have been ran, all turned up clear. Three days so far without any problems, Hopefully that's it solved? Or do we now play the waiting game?
