Problems with booting (The bugcheck was: 0xF4)
Hi
I've got a Windows 7 Home Premium x64 computer that occasionally can't be booted. When its power if first turned off and then on it boots. Subsequently though, when it's shut down from Windows, it won't boot again. It will show the "Starting Windows" screen with the windows logo animation as always but once the cursor appears it would stay there and won't progress to a login screen. The only way around is to power it off and on again.
At that point Windows realize the previous boot failed and offer the repair mode but that makes no difference regardless of what I do. The problem still presists.
Here is the log message:
The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck was: 0x000000f4 (0x0000000000000003, 0xfffffa800a660060, 0xfffffa800a660340, 0xfffff800031c9d50). A dump was saved in: C:\Windows\Minidump\120612-43945-01.dmp. Report Id: 120612-43945-01.
