    hello again.

so i have reinstalled the drivers and had not had another bsod until now. this time the bug check string is "driver_irql_not_less_or_equal". Here is the new minidump file for the bsod.

Well I just thought the problem may be somewhere in the hardware of the system.

Anyway, please enable driver verifier of 24 hours and send us the reports.

Like..your BSOD-s come back after weeks of being stable so there must be something wrong cause we know that you've made the changes/removed the problematic software that were listed in this thread earlier.

And verifier puts stress on bad drivers forcing them to throw a BSOD. If we manage to get those drivers sorted and disable verifier, we hope for no more BSODs. If verifier does not bring BSOD the problem is somewhere within hardware. It may take a while to find out which part of the hardware. So if it's hardware in your case, we'll have to use your warranty.

Do you want to continue diagnosing with verifier or perform a clean install of windows? Here's the link to the tutorial in case you wish to.

ill see if the verifier would get something in 24 hours. if not then ill contact asus and see if i can use the warranty and have it repaired at no cost. otherwise, ill just reinstall windows 7. i already downloaded the iso a few weeks ago just in case. :)

ok, verifier didnt get anything. i called asus tech support and they gave me drivers for the nvidia and intel gpus and told me that the problem (bsod code 9f) is the logitech mouse driver. i updated the gpu drivers and the logitech drivers...but still got bsod when the computer is in idle/sleep mode.

i think im going to go with a clean install of windows 7 and see if that fixes the problem.
