Ok, Navigate back to C:\Windows\System32\drivers\klif.sys.old and delete, its ok its not a sys file as such and is safe to do so. :)
Leave it a few days and post back if all is ok and no more BSOD occur.
Yes that was the offending little critter. (Kaspersky left that for you)

Phew, thanks, I had to replace my hard drive not long ago, was afraid this could be another hardware problem.
