The crashes are completely random
I can stop the crashes by lowerwing the graphics all the way to the bottom but raising them just once and my computer starts crashing again but to be honest playing games like Tera and GW2 on the lowest graphics feels like a waste.

Daemon Tools uses a driver called sptd.sys, which is known to cause BSODs with Windows 7. It is recommend you remove this program, and use Windows own in-built features or MagicISO.Code:Start Menu\Programs\DAEMON Tools Lite
Please check for the latest driver updates for your graphics card on the manufacturer's website:
- Download Driver
- Start
Type: Device Manager
- Expand Display Adapters
- Right-Click Driver Name, Uninstall
- Reboot
- Run Driver Sweeper
- Reboot
- Install Downloaded Driver
Driver Sweeper will scan for any left over files from the old driver, old driver files can cause conflicts with new driver installations. Create a System Restore point beforehand, in case any problems or issues arise.

Overclocking -
I recommend if you are overclocking any hardware, that you reset these values within the BIOS to their default values in order to increase the stability of your system.
Please run the following tests for your graphics card and RAM:
Run Memtest86+ for least 7-8 passes, and preferrly overnight as it can take a while to fully complete.
Test each RAM stick individually, if an error is found then move the same RAM stick into the next DIMM slot and test again, if errors are found for the same RAM stick in every available slot then you have a faulty RAM module. On the other hand, if no errors are found in the next slot or the other slots for the same RAM module, then you have a faulty DIMM slot.
Test each RAM stick and every motherboard DIMM slot available.
Graphics Card:
Read all the steps within the hardware test tutorials very carefully, as stress tests is designed run components to their maximum capacity, in order to point out failing or faulty hardware components.

If you are using DirectX, then try uninstalling and then reinstalling the DirectX Runtime:
Somehow on a blue moon the crash happens but the screen comes back on like nothing happened except i get a message mentioning Kernel Mode Driver stopped working, can there be any sort of connection between the blue screens and that?
Windows Kernel Drivers are rarely the cause of crashes, it is usually a third-party driver, which has managed to escape from the Windows Error Reporting mechanism, Windows will only produce a crash when it has found any error, not when the a problem has actually occurred, so you may get blames for the Windows Kernel.
What steps have you followed?
I've tried most of the tests you suggested, no errors are showing and the temp on my GPU while i'm playing is around 62-63C while the idle temp is around 37-41C. Can reinstalling windows 7 solve the problem if it's a program that's causing the crash, i know it's sort of a last resort but if it works i'm willing to do it
Could you please post the results of the tests you have completed, for instance OCCT will have produced graphs. Have you updated your graphics driver?

The voltages don't look too good, especially the 12V rail at 7V; what is the make of your PSU?

The VCore voltages between the two programs look about the same.
