hi guys i removed alchol 120 and been working great for a few day but as of last night started blue screening aging. any help would be great thanks. new diagnosis attached.
your problems are still caused by sptd.sys this is a driver associated with virtual drives or clone drives please remove any software you have like this if you have already uninstalled then please run the tool i listed above to remove this driver, when uninstall button is greyed out then the driver is gone
hi i ran program and its now grayed out but i just had a blue screen saying spsys.sys?
thanks
Run the SF tool and upload the latest files
spsys.sys is a windows file thats probably a false positive
thanks again for looking. file attached. just blue screened with irql this time.
Dump reports usbport.sys driver at fault may be related to ports or devices also i notice your windows is oem and reports being installed in 2002 ?? which cant be so IMO you either have a problem/incorrectly set bios clock which can cause problems or you are running a dodgy copy of windows which can also cause problems please post a MGADiag report so we can take a look and maybe shed some light

An Acer Key, with a GigaByte SLIC table, on what we are told is an ASUS motherboard (from the system spec)?
The installation is counterfeit - enabled by a hacker's Activation Exploit.
The installation of Office Enterprise is also probably counterfeit, unless acquired through your employer or college.
You need to reformat and reinstall using genuine media
