BSOD, computer will not power on immediately afterward

I've been having issues with my computer refusing to power on for about five minutes after a crash. If I hit the power button immediately after the shutdown, nothing happens, as if there's no power to it. But if I wait about five minutes, it will power on and load Windows up just fine.

I'm pretty sure it's a hardware issue, but I'd like to eliminate the possibility of a software issue and see what the BSOD message says before I go messing with the hardware. I've attached the SF Diagnostic zip file from the latest crash.

    Thanks in advance!

Thanks for the suggestions, and for helping me eliminate software problems as the culprit. It did turn out to be a hardware problem; my PSU was failing.
