No drivers need your input to update, i have only listed the drivers that are older than the creation of W7 so will not have been written for it or tested with 7 these are the ones it good to get updated

Also, is there a place to go to find these drivers? Simply searching by the names included here only takes me to other companies that will repair drivers etc. for a fee. There must be an easier way. Thank you.
You dont need to part with a penny, you simply google the drivers name and get some clues as to what piece of hardware/software the driver would belong to then tally that up with a piece of hardware/software on your machine then visit that manufacturers website punch in the model number of your piece of equipment in/under their support section and see if you can find any updated drivers. Any equipment that is part of your mobo ie chipset, onboard audio/video/LAN would be available from your mobo manufacturers website. Heres a driver list that you can search through may be handy, we use it a lot for reference
Driver Reference Table (DRT)
for example regi.sys is related to intervideo so go to their website and see if you can get updated program
check out the SFEP.sys driver on that reference list, definately one to get updated :)
Do what you can and come back with any you get stuck on
