    BSOD playing Assassins Creed

    Hi,

I have started getting some weird error on my laptop where blue screen comes and my laptop restarts. I searched over the net and it was named as Blue Screen of Death (BSOD). I tried to understand my dump files but could not understand them.
I have attached my dump files with this thread. Any help on this matter would be highly appreciated.
    Thanks in Advance.

    Looks good, thanks.

Please upload your msinfo32.nfo file. To get this:

    1. Start Menu via Start
    2. Type msinfo32 into the Search programs and files box.
    3. When it opens, go to File, Save.
    4. Save as msinfo32.nfo and save in a place you will remember.
    5. Let it finish the process of gathering and saving the system info.
    6. Right click the .nfo file, click send to compressed (zipped) folder.
    7. Upload the .zip file here.

Okay, remove Avira: Avira AntiVir Removal Tool - Download
    Use Microsoft Security Essentials instead.

Recommended from a strict BSOD perspective, compatibility & stability compared to other antiviruses/internet security software. It is free and lightweight:-
       Warning
Do not start the free trial of Malware Bytes; remember to deselect that option when prompted.

Run a full scan with both (separately) once downloaded, installed and updated.

Are you sure you're getting these BSOD-s while gaming and not otherwise? Cause from the dump files it does not look like you're having them while playing game.

Also, can you add more ram to your system? Is 3 GB ram enough for the game? Do you get BSOD-s for other games too? Checked for over heating issues?
For monitoring the heat/celsius of the system, use Speccy or HWinfo:

    Perform a System File Check:
    1. Click on the start
    2. Type CMD on Search
    3. Left click and Run as Administrator
    4. Type SFC /scannow

    Full tutorial here:

Disk Check on your hard drive for file system errors and bad sectors on it:

Reduce items at start-up. Nothing except anti-virus is required plus improves the time for logging in windows.

Upload a screenshot of your hard disk using CrystalDiskInfo:

Make a hard drive test from the hard drive manufacturers website:

Thanks, this is indeed very informative. I will perform the actions mentioned by you step by step.
    1) Regarding BSOD, there is no fixed format or trend when it occurs. It comes randomly.
    2) And yes, there is some overheating issue with my laptop. What can be done for this. Any suggestions?
    3) I will change my antivirus, but do you want me to install antivirus and malware together in my system? I have very limited knowledge but I have heard somewhere that we should have only 1 antivirus installed (I might be wrong though).
