    how do i find out what hard-drive ive got?

    Did you run full scans with both of those programs provided, what were the results?

    I need to know the results of the steps you have taken so far, I have instructed this a few times already.

    the full system scans have not finished, atm the malware bytes is doing it and then i will start on MSE. Malware has no objects detected now

    when on device manager i saw a problem with my graphics card ( NVidia GTX 650) saying : Windows cannot start this hardware device because its configuration information (in the registry) is incomplete or damaged. (Code 19)

    the scan is nowhere near done, its less tan a quarter done?
    is this problem definetly software related ?
