driver_irql_not_less_or_equal windows 7 netio.sys
Sorry this appears to have been posed twice, my apologies.
Good evening,
I am receiving the above BSOD fairly regularly without any obvious reason as to why or while doing anything in particular. I've been having issues with my touch mousepad for a while but put that down to the buttons getting stuck in or something so have no idea if the driver for this is responsible.
I've updated all my drivers via driver sweeper and run a disc scan and the check via start button/find which scans the computer and is supposed to resolve any conflicts etc. I have also run a full Norton scan and also MBAM, spybot etc and nothing. Tried using system restore to various points but still have the issue.
I did try to post a screenshot of the BSOD but the forum said I had used too many characters - hopefully I have attached it ok. Please also find attached the windows diagnostic log as requested.
I don't really know what to look for in these logs and would really appreciate some assistance in sorting my laptop out as I need to use it every day for work.
Thank you in advance,
Lee
