Crash on wake up from hibernate

Hello all, I have a new problem! My computer has been working well lately, except one little thing. Occasionally, when waking up from hibernate, it will be very slow to wake up and then it will immediately blue-screen. I have been told this may have something to do with Power Management. The only thing I have changed lately hardware-wise is I swapped SATA cables between my primary HDD and my disk drive. Any ideas?
