LiveKernalEvent, BCCode:117, Video Hardware error, Browsing the Web

I keep getting a random video error. It's happened three times but I only have dump files for 2 of them because I guess it didn't completely crash? The computer was just responsive enough to power down.

The dump file that your tool found is an unrelated BSOD. So I included all the files Windows Reliability Monitor said would help.

Crashes #1-5 all generated there own files for .dmp, sysdata, and WERInternalMetadata but they occurred together. I think because the driver was attempting to restart it self but kept re-crashing.

Crashes #6-7 also occurred at the same time while I was browsing the web. It crashed Chrome.

Also, every time I power the computer down, there are two errors that quickly pop up with HEX values about something can't be read or accessed in address HEX number something. I can't ever view them because it shuts down to quickly. When I try to stop the shutdown they go away.

    Things I have already done:

1.) Updated video drivers from 12-10 to 13-1.
    2.) SFC /scannow

Well now it's just getting interesting, I tried to rename a text document.

I'm thinking about a windows re-install at this point. But I have no time for that now.

How many time can you use a Windows 7 key? I used it on my old computer, which I salvaged parts from to help build this PC, then this PC. So that's 2 times already and I'll be going on a third use then.
