Constant BSODs, different error messages, win32.sys problem?

DUMP INFO IS ATTACHED. I DO *NO* OVERCLOCKING.

Since this afternoon my computer has been constantly BSODing and it gives different error messages... a lot of the time my system just freezes up or reboots without even going to the BSOD.

    ANY help would be appreciated.

I put the RAM in the 2nd slot into the 1st slot and took the RAM that was originally in the 1st slot out and it seemed to have fixed it for MULTIPLE hours but then it started happening again - so I have NO IDEA what the underlying cause is.

Please start by uninstalling Daemon tools, and then downloading and running this tool:

    Duplex secure

when the tool runs If the uninstall box id grayed out then you dont need to do anything. If the box is not grayed out please click it and let the tool run. DO NOT click the install button it will install a driver that is know to cause BSODs. Post back and let us know if this solves the problem.
