Code:
BugCheck 3B, {c0000005, fffff80003181de4, fffff88007e24c70, 0}

Probably caused by : ntkrnlmp.exe ( nt!RtlUpcaseUnicodeString+54 )
Code:
Usual causes: System service, Device driver, graphics driver, memory
Code:
2: kd> !error c0000005
Error code: (NTSTATUS) 0xc0000005 (3221225477) - The instruction at 0x%08lx referenced memory at 0x%08lx. The memory could not be %s.
The crash doesn't point to much unfortunately, but you can follow these steps:

Memory:Run Memtest86+ for least 9-10 passes, and preferably overnight as it can take a while to fully complete.

Test each RAM stick individually, if an error is found then move the same RAM stick into the next DIMM slot and test again, if errors are found for the same RAM stick in every available slot then you have a faulty RAM module. On the other hand, if no errors are found in the next slot or the other slots for the same RAM module, then you have a faulty DIMM slot.

Test each RAM stick and every motherboard DIMM slot available.

Update ATI Mobility Radeon HD 4570 (if possible):

Code:
fffff880`04aa2000 fffff880`050e3000 atikmdag Wed Sep 09 05:22:53 2009 (4AA72D9D)
  1. Download Driver
  2. Start Type: Device Manager
  3. Expand Display Adapters
  4. Right-Click Driver Name, Uninstall
  5. Reboot
  6. Run Driver Sweeper
  7. Reboot
  8. Install Downloaded Driver
Driver Sweeper will scan for any left over files from the old driver, old driver files can cause conflicts with new driver installations. Create a System Restore point beforehand, in case any problems or issues arise.

Driver Sweeper:

I'll do the ram test tonight. I had about 4 of the similar crashes since then. Is this mainly cause by hardware, specifically the ram?

I've seen quite caused by graphics drivers and graphics cards, it depends upon the user's system. Quite a few are caused by page pool issues.

I ran memtest for over 7 hours I got 1 pass. I updated bios and driver. But I still have the same issue. I had 4 IRQL and 2 screen freeze while playing game. During the screen freeze I can hear the sound but the screen is not working. I attached everything in the zip file anyway.

Code:
BugCheck A, {0, 2, 0, fffff80002ee3242}

Probably caused by : dxgmms1.sys ( dxgmms1!VidMmiProcessTerminationCommand+5f )
Did you run it for 1 pass?

Run some hard-drive diagnostics and follow these steps:Find your hard-drive manufacturer and run their tests.

Additional Tests:Post a screenshot of Crystal Disk Info summary: Make sure you have the latest firmware for SSD, and ensure all the SATA and Power cables are connected to the drive.

Check for any file system errors and bad sectors using Option #2 of:Use this command with Disk Check:

Code:
chkdsk C: /f /r

Its a hard drive problem? I can run the diagnostic thing during the start up before the window to check for problems. Should I run memtest again? I did that for 7 hours last time and it only gave me 1 pass. Screenshot was in the zip.

7 hours for less than two memtest passes is horrible. I have 16GB and it takes 8 hours for 3 full passes. Try doing one RAM module at once.

I did the check disk and repair. How can I find out the result of the scan because it restarted automatically. I will do the memtest again later. But what exactly is the problem?

I'm guessing paging or memory problems, from the BSODs you have been getting, and read these steps:
