Locale ID: 1033 BCCode: 117 -- Black Screen.

Long story short I resolved my other issues from before I believe, but while playing Guild Wars 2 I experienced yet another black screen that required a hard reset. Upon returning to the desktop I received this error message:

(It is worth mentioning that there was no blue screen with crash information. Just a black screen as if my display had gone out. HDMI: Power Saving Mode was flashing on the screen as it does when there is no video signal. I could still hear the music from youtube playing through my headphones and my friends confirmed I was still logged into the game despite all of this. So I only lost video, but the computer as a whole did not seem to crash.)

    Problem signature:

I'll be following through with Furmark testing later today. For the time being, here is Windows Genuine report. It is worth mentioning that my version of Windows 7 Ultimate 64bit is the upgrade version for Windows Vista Ultimate 64bit. I have recently completely reformatted however and reinstalled Windows 7 straight from the upgrade disk onto a freshly formatted hard drive. I have experienced this issue both in Windows 7 and Vista before and after reformats in the past.

In fact, the very first day I received my system from the company that built it, I was experiencing this issue. I am beginning to suspect a fault Video Card or Power Supply.
