Welcome hosolon to the forum, I had a look at your files and there are a few things that may be causing the problem here:

First pleas update you network driver:

    Code:
    NETwNs64 Sun May 01 17:33:01 2011 (4dbdd18d) 0083e505 None NETwNs64.sys
you can find updates for it here:

    Intel Download Center

next please uninstall Daemon tools it is a known causer of BSODs, once it is uninstalled download and run this tool:

    DuplexSecure

when the tool runs if the uninstall button is grayed out then your done and you can close the window, if not then please cluck it and let the tool run. DO NOT click the install button it will install a driver that is known to cause BSODs.

Last please update your video card driver it is very old:

    Code:
    kd> lmvm nvlddmkm
    start end module name
    fffff880`0f0e2000 fffff880`0fd59c00 nvlddmkm T (no symbols)
        Loaded symbol image file: nvlddmkm.sys
        Image path: \SystemRoot\system32\DRIVERS\nvlddmkm.sys
        Image name: nvlddmkm.sys
        Timestamp: Thu Jun 16 23:08:19 2011 (4DFAC523)
