new to win7 : random BSOD events / sf zip attached

Recently "discovered" this forum, great people here.

Ran the SF utility (thank you very much for a great tool) and have attached the zip file.

Confident some of the great minds here can help.

Q: what is "overclocking any hardware"?

Overclocking is a process where you make the CPU faster. You can also do this to the memory and video card too. However, it becomes critical to have a quality-made power supply if you want to overclock. Low-quality power supplies have low-quality parts inside such as cheap capacitors, and this can lead to all kinds of system instability, such as poor performance, lock-ups, and BSODs.

It's alright. That's what we're here for. :) Someone here will find out what causes this random BSOD.

-ran 4 separate memtest apps simultaneously (2047 gig per) for about 7.5 hours (412% coverage) = no problems reported

-attached another zip from last BSOD

-attached latest "bluescreenview" report as well, this one identifies "ntoskrnl.exe" as the main culprit

Ran memtest again (2 apps simultaneously) and after just a few minutes it found the following:

PAIR 33154462 does not store values accurately.

Memtest has detected that your computer cannot accurately store data in RAM

2) MemTest tells me "Memory error detected...", what does this mean?

This is not normal. Your RAM is bad, or your system is incorrectly configured. Even just 1 error means that you have a problem. If you have overclocked your machine, or selected aggressive RAM timings in your BIOS you should try more conservative settings before judging the RAM fully bad. If you can't get MemTest to run without errors even with conservative BIOS settings, however, your RAM is bad. Replace it, or you will experience stability and corruption problems. Correctly functioning RAM has no errors, even if you run MemTest for days.

the machine was custom built in Il, I could get those specs from the builder I am sure...?

16 gigs, 2 sticks, that much I can tell from lookling in the case
