    BSOD error 0x00000124

    Hello so i have spent the last week with this BSOD that keeps poping up when i dont want it. Been working long days and now i got time to try to fix it. So I reinstalled Windows 7 home prem hoping that would solve it. Nah the problem is still there i get the same error every time. Its been over a week now since it started and i have reinstalled windows 7 2times already hoping that it would solve anything.
    This only happens when i go on the internet or start playing a game(HoN) Everything on my computer is pretty much up to date. Windows 7, Graphic card drivers, sound card drivers, network card drivers.
    I tried to change my RAM and it worked most of the part. got a bsod on 2 out of 4. then i tried to use the two that i thought worked and got a bsod again :/. Got one extra RAM that i havent been using gonna try how that works untill i findout a way to fix this problem.

    Bug code 0x00000124

    Crash Address ntoskrnl.exe+7efc0
    Caused By Address: hal.dll+12a3b

    Code:
    BugCheck 124, {0, fffffa8005b97028, be000000, 800400}

    Probably caused by : GenuineIntel
    Remove:

    Code:
    Start Menu\Programs\RegInOut
    Windows 7 doesn't require any programs which make changes to the operating system and registry, these programs tend to cause problems by modifying and deleting files.

    Code:
    ===============================================================================
    Section 2     : x86/x64 MCA
    -------------------------------------------------------------------------------
    Descriptor    @ fffffa8005b97138
    Section       @ fffffa8005b972c0
    Offset        : 664
    Length        : 264
    Flags         : 0x00000000
    Severity      : Fatal

    Error : Internal timer (Proc 1 Bank 3)
      Status      : 0xbe00000000800400
      Address     : 0x0000000077a2b757
      Misc.       : 0x0000000000000000
    The first parameter or argument has the value of 0x0, which is a Machine Check Exception, which means the CPU has detected a hardware problem and the address points to a processor error because the CPU has found one, so it could be a different form of hardware which is causing the issue.

    In such a situation, it is best to use these steps:

    Enable "Round off checking" before the test (see first post below tutorial).

    All the hardware seeming to be running stable and tests reporting no errors, could mean a bad motherboard.

    If it is possible with your motherboard, and remember to carry out the Prime95 stress test afterwards, before updating the BIOS make a backup of all your data.

    I would leave the BIOS update for now since there is something wrong with your hardware, and crash points to the Internal clock of your CPU.

    What are your temperatures idle (no programs open) and under stress (running the stress test)?

    Post a screenshot of the CoreTemp output in both situations, and unselect any programs which may be offered during the installation process.
