Yeah ^_^. But i got some question, why this problem occur on my machine but not my sister. As we're using the same kaspersky software and I asked her does she got BSOD and she said no problem on her machine. Is it depend on the type and spec of the machine? or something else?. sorry for this kind of question because I'm totally noob about this ^_^ just want to know why my sister machine doesn't have this kind of problem.
That's really difficult to answer. Kaspersky is the market leader, no doubt. But it causes crash too. Two machines with essentially identical everything, one may crash and the other may not. And, when it crashes, it is to eliminate the crashing factor.

Have no idea Duo I have six machines five with Kaspersky and I have installed KIS on at least four other machines that I have either set up or fixed for friends and not one problem. It could be something as simple as a dodgy download ( I always download from the net cos the CD is pretty ordinary and usually well out of date)

Yes Arc I have been using the Comodo Premium free a fair bit for folks who cannot afford the paid for but since the GUI and set up has changed have been seeing a few freezings, and I have got an idea it is down to the free add ons. So I am looking at other stuff now for the friends machines
