BSOD while editing code and playing video. Error 0x0000003b

It appears I've got a random issue with driver 'ntoskrnl.exe' - I've recently run two back to back memtests and I've found no memory issues.

I build a new system about every 2 years and this system is about 4 months old. You can view my system specs for more details.

I run multiple programs while working ( I develop web applications ) and I've noticed that this last time I got a BSOD, I had opened a new window on my 2nd monitor and started a YouTube Music Video.

I've had a total of 4 BSODs since the build.
    10-24-2013 BSOD Driver ntoskrnl.exe
    1-4-2013 BSOD Driver ntoskrnl.exe
    1-31-2013 BSOD Driver ntoskrnl.exe
    and then again.. yesterday..

    Hi PHPDev,

The 'Bug Check Code' may indicate a 'driver related' issue. You may try the following 'Microsoft Hotfix' to see if that works: Stop error code 0x0000003B (SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION) on a computer that is running Windows 7 or Windows Server 2008 R2 when you use some IEEE 1394 devices

If the issue persists, you may try updating the 'graphic card drivers'. If you still experience this issue, try re-installing the 'graphic drivers' and recheck results.

    Hope this helps.
