BSOD fffffa8004af9028
Hello all. can you help an enthusiastic noob and his OAP friend cure a BSOD. My friends HP pavilion has recently started an intermittent BSOD. SOmetimes at startup and sometimes during use. Its not overheating and done loads of cleanups/ virus check etc. Ive recently taught myself how to grab the minidump file and open it, but now cant understand where its pointing me too. I have a sneaky feeling its the RAM but that is a total guess based on the fact its happened to me before. I'll paste the dump file here in the hope someone in the know can read it and advise where and how to look for a cure.
