    BSOD playing League of Legends, error bugcode_usb_driver

    I have been having an issue with bsod and I reformatted my computer and I also installed all the lastest software from Microsoft Update. I also have an issue with error Memory Management if I do too much while my computer is starting up beginning programs.

    OK so had a look at your Dumpfiles and system info, you seem to be getting two differnt errors, the newest indicating a hardware failure of a USB device pluggedi nto your system:

    Code:
    *******************************************************************************
    *                                                                             *

    BUGCODE_USB_DRIVER (fe)
    USB Driver bugcheck, first parameter is USB bugcheck code.
    Arguments:
    Arg1: 0000000000000005, USBBUGCODE_INVALID_PHYSICAL_ADDRESS The host controller is
        using a physical memory address that was not allocated by
        the USBport driver.
    Arg2: fffffa8004ec01a0, Device extension pointer of the host controller
    Arg3: 0000000010024398, PCI Vendor,Product id for the controller
    Arg4: fffffa80046b5258, Pointer to Endpoint data structure

    Debugging Details:
    ------------------
    This could be anything that is plugged in to a USB port, I would slowly remove everything that is usb, or remove everything you don't need that is plugged into a USB port and see if this helps stabilize the system

    The second seems to be caused by either a driver malfunctioning or by a memory problem:

    Code:
    *******************************************************************************
    *                                                                             *
    *                        Bugcheck Analysis                                    *
    *                                                                             *

    Now for this on i would like you to enable Driver Verifier and let it run for at least 24 hours and then post back with your new crash dumps once you get a BSOD. Heres a tutorial on how to do that:

    Driver Verifier - Enable and Disable

    WARNING: If you can not boot into windows normally after enabling Driver verifier boot into Safe Mode and then Disable Driver verifier, then boot normally and post your new crash dumps.

    Okay, so I have determined that the usb item that was giving me the bsod was my headset, I unplugged it and the game went by fine. Then I tried plugging it in a different spot and it gave me the error again and so it was them. So that part seems settled, now I am getting this blue screen of death, however I due have the other dmps in there from the usb one.

    OK so had a look at your new crash dumps and I have some bad news it may be your CPU is over heating or it may indicate hardware failure:
    Code:
    *******************************************************************************
    *                                                                             *
    *                        Bugcheck Analysis                                    *
    *                                                                             *
    *******************************************************************************

    Use !analyze -v to get detailed debugging information.

    BugCheck 124, {0, fffffa8004d1b7c8, 0, 0}

    How exactly do I figure out if it is specifically the cpu or is it some other part? If I am running hardware monitor to check the temperatures, and it doesn't overheat, can i assume that it is the cpu?

    yes I think that is a fair assumption, but to be safe i would try slowly removing all the components you don't need I.e the graphics card if it is detachable or extra hard drives if you have them and if the BSOD stops then what ever you removed last was causing the probelm. also if you could please run menetest86+ here is a tutorial on how to do that:
    RAM - Test with Memtest86+
