    bsod driver power state failure


    Hello, having a driver power state failure. Can't figure out the driver thats causing the problem. Any advice on fixing? Thanks

    Hello soupbox.

    As a test, can you disable the webcam via device manager, and see if it continues to crash, or stops?

    Whatever may the result be, let us know.

    Hello Arc, disabled the web cam, got the normal mode working for the first time in days. Will let yea know if thing work out. Thanks

    After running for 90 minutes with the web cam disable was running good. turn the web cam on and in 5 minutes it bsod. so going to fix that web cam driver. Thanks Arc.

    So it is the webcam for sure. If the Cam uses any third party driver, update it. If it uses the generic driver, plan to use a program monitoring the cam. There are a few good free programs available.
