    Hello win7ndhlp.

You are facing some extensive network related crashes. And this is behind them all.
    Code:
    fffff880`031d72f8 fffff880`02ecf96eUnable to load image \SystemRoot\system32\DRIVERS\SymIMv.sys, Win32 error 0n2
*** WARNING: Unable to verify timestamp for SymIMv.sys
*** ERROR: Module load completed but symbols could not be loaded for SymIMv.sys
     SymIMv+0x196e
Description here: Driver Reference Table - SymIMv.sys

I dont believe that the best policy of network security is network blocking.

Uninstall Norton and all Symentec products using Norton Removal tool.
    AND OMG
    Code:
    Start Menu\Programs\AVG 2011
    Start Menu\Programs\AVG PC Tuneup 2011
    Start Menu\Programs\AVG PC Tuneup 2011\Utilities
    Start Menu\Programs\McAfee Security Scan Plus
What have you done! 3 AV programs at a stage, specially two crapware!!! Get rid of them at once. Uninstall AVG using AVG Remover. Uninstall McAfee Using McAfee Removal Tool. NEVER use more than one real time protection program. Use Microsoft Security Essentials as your only antivirus with windows inbuilt firewall, and free MBAM as the on demand scanner.

Download, install and update those, and then run full system scans with both of them, one by one.

For your USB network adapters (EVDO) you need to do some general USB related troubleshooting. For the port, first, uninstall and reinstall the USB ports drivers.

    1. Right click on Computer icon > manage. It will open the computer management window.
    2. Click on "Device Manager" in the left pane, it will list all installed devices up.
    3. Expand "USB Serial Bus Controllers" by clicking on the triangle in front of it.
    4. Click on one item to select, then right click and uninstall.
    5. Do the same for all.
    6. Restart the computer.
    7. At restart, windows will auto configure the appropriate drivers.

And, Disable USB Selective Suspense too.
USB Selective Suspend - Turn On or Off

For the devices, first, detach all the USB devices other than the keyboard and mouse.
Then, Update the drivers for them all, including the keyboard and mouse, if any third party drivers are installed for them.

Update your intel graphics driver, too.
    Code:

Update the Intel HD Graphics Driver, either from our forum link, Latest Intel HD Graphics Driver for Windows 7, or You may get it from Intel Download Center.
Moreover, you may run the Intel (R) Driver Update Utility to auto detect the appropriate driver for your computer.

    Free up the startup.

    1. Click on the Start button
    2. Type “msconfig (without quotes), click the resulting link. It will open the System Configuration window.
    3. Select the “Startup” tab.
    4. Deselect all items other than the antivirus and touchpad driver SynTPEnh.
    5. Apply > OK
    6. Accept the restart.

    Let us know the results.

Scan the system for possible virus infection.
    Code:

Intel(R) Wireless WiFi Link 5000 Series Adapter Driver for Windows 7 is failing.

Try to get the updates from Intel Download Center.

    Look at your Bios.
    Code:
    BIOS Version/Date Gateway V2.05, 9/1/2009
If possible, Plan to update it.

    Is AVG still present there?
    Code:
    Start Menu\Programs\AVG 2011
    Start Menu\Programs\AVG PC Tuneup 2011
    Start Menu\Programs\AVG PC Tuneup 2011\Utilities
It is not only a non-worthy antivirus, but also it causes various problems throughout the system. As you have MSE installed already, go ahead and uninstall it.

    Let us know the results.

I tried UN-installing AVG it but it gives an error saying that its not installed so it cant perform that action. My computers been crashing again.

Not sure How to upgrade Bios. I'm not that technical savy alongside the fact that I'm a broke college student and the estimated cost of repari is almost the same as buying a new computer.

Alongside all of that it keeps giving me this message saying that there are unused USB ports that i should use which will make my computer faster.

I cant even go to a previous point in time before all of this started happening since there are no check points. Lost and anguished.

I did all of the things I the Windows offline defender. It found a trojan and a keygen and deleted both of them. But it crashed again.

Not sure what the error was this time but I closed my laptop and when I turned it up it was already off.
So not sure what happened there.
