Random BSOD first started after uninstalling/installing Arcgis

Please help.

I get random BSOD in Windows every few minutes. First started after unistalling Arcgis 9.4 and installing Arcgis 10.1 through daemon tools lite. I already removed Arcgis, tried to update all my drivers, ran memtest overnight (6 passes, no errors), uninstalled Avast and Daemon tools lite (including sptd.sys). Without any positive results (besides more diskspace ).
